Twisted Bacteria is my science blog, focused on microbiology and, especially, bacteria of the actinomycete group. The blog title was inspired by the name of a common actinomycete: "Streptomyces", where "strepto" comes from the Greek for "twisted, twined" (I tried to draw something like a twisting mycelium for the logotype).
